The grill was a piece of cake, I found a grill in fair condition off a '78 (i think) and used my old grill as a template. The outer 2 lower tabs were cut off when trimming it to size so I used some #10 bolts with 3 nuts as spacers to hold it at the proper hight. Then I placed it in the opening and marked it for drilling holes for the retaining pins. A little polish on the stainless and some black paint and voila a new look. The hood was off a '83 turbo and already was painted a close match to my car so that was a 10 minute bolt on. It needs paint someday but that is another project.

I have since redone the grill, I used one off an '80 DL, removed all chrome then filled in the grooves and filed off all the mounting points the chrome was attachec to. Gives a very clean look with a small "Turbo" emblem from a early 740 T.
